WATCH: When 'road rage' meets 'instant karma'

By Julianne Cassidy. CREATED Mar 30, 2014

Three days ago, new YouTube user "Florida Driver" posted a video that she shot while driving, and it's a must-see to believe. She fittingly titled the video "Redneck Road Rage/Instant Karma."

A tailgating pickup follows "Florida Driver" closely, then swerves around her while flipping her off. As he pulls in front of her, the man authorities identified as Jeffrey White loses control of he vehicle, which leaves the road and crashes into a pole.

"Police say White then took off, but was later arrested for leaving the scene of a crash, careless driving and not wearing a seatbelt," reports HLN. The latter charge came as a result of police viewing the video.

"Florida Driver" details on her YouTube post that she "never intended for this to go this viral," but it currently has well over seven million views in a mere few days. Unfortunately, some of the viewers commenting on the video have made death threats against "Florida Driver."

"While I'm completely humbled at how fast the internet has taken and run with this, it's quite scary." she writes. "The comments, while most being funny and witty, some are hateful, vengeful, and heartbreaking. I would NEVER wish death upon anyone. I can't comprehend what would make a person say that to someone. It's nearly brought me to tears. I'm a very sensitive soul."

Self-described as "anti-pop culture" "Florida Driver" concludes, "Hopefully in a few days this will run its course and I can get back to being little old me. As the Fresh Prince sang, 'My life got flipped-turned upside down.'"

Watch above to see the whole incient go down, all recorded by "Florida Driver." Warning: An obscene hand gesture is made by White.
