Lots of Packers entertainment this preseason...besides the preseason

By Jennifer Brilowski, Packers contributor. CREATED Aug 16, 2013

GREEN BAY - I love football – especially the Packers – but I’m not a big fan of the preseason.

There’s so much speculation and things change so fast that I personally can’t keep up.

I don’t watch a whole lot of interviews or read many articles (except on this site, obviously) and tend to get my football fix by watching past games every day.

For instance, instead of focusing on the first preseason game, I spent my weekend watching last year’s games, including the Packers beating the Cardinals in week nine.
Anyway, this Wisconsin tourism video has been making the rounds online for a week or so and after it landed in my inbox half a dozen times, I finally watched it.

I’ve now watched it at least once for each person who sent it to me and I’m not done yet!

(You can see the video in the media gallery above.)

This short video captures a few of my favorite things about Wisconsin including the beauty of the outdoors, Cheesehead pride, and more than a little silliness.

Also, Nelson runs into a tree, and I’m not above that kind of humor.

Of his uniform, the fairy asks, “Is that a magical outfit?”

Yeah, pretty much.

I don’t know how she shows up in Wisconsin and doesn’t recognize a Packers uniform, but someone needs to buy her a bratwurst and get her to Lambeau Field, or just show her some highlights.

(Even more of them in the media gallery above.)

With fall approaching, those vibrant colors are headed our way along with my favorite season - football season.

So listen up, Jordy: Rest up that knee and get ready for another amazing autumn in Wisconsin.

In the video, you said, “I love Wisconsin,” and I can assure you, Wisconsin loves you, too.

There’s no place like OUR home, and we’re happy to share it with you as long as you want to stick around.
