'Favre has never had cheese curds? What is his malfunction?'
It's one thing to play for the Green Bay Packers' archrival Minnesota Vikings for two years. It's another to live 16 years in Wisconsin and not enjoy arguably the state's most beloved delicacy.
During Brett Favre's exclusive interview with 620WTMJ on Friday morning, where he discussed having his jersey retired next year, he also admitted this:
"I never had cheese curds, not that I didn't like them. I don't know. I like cheese on a cheeseburger. Not a plain old cheese guy."
TODAY'S TMJ4's Susan Kim pounced on that fact that is so tied to our state's culinary culture:

The only possible way this can be resolved: the night Favre gets inducted into the Packers Hall of Fame, the food service at Lambeau Field must serve cheese curds as the banquet appetizer.
