What the heck is going on with the upcoming Milwaukee mayoral race?
This morning Alderman Bob Donovan let the cat out of the bag. Donovan told WTMJ's Charlie Sykes that he is indeed running for Mayor of Milwaukee.
Does he have a chance?
According to the latest finance reports he trails incumbent Tom Barrett by roughly $500,000. And then there's this: The last time a full term incumbent Milwaukee Mayor lost was decades ago. Alderman Joe Davis may get in the race. Sheriff David Clarke could also get in the race.
It's shaping up to be an interesting run to 2016.
