Ten years later, Teri Jendusa-Nicolai is making a difference
It was 10 years ago that Teri Jendusa-Nicolai was beaten and left for dead in a frozen storage facility. Teri was so badly injured that doctors say it was a miracle she survived. As a matter of fact, experts say another hour or two in that shed and she likely would have frozen to death.
Now, Teri is trying to help other women who find themselves in abusive relationships.
She joined us on Wisconsin's Afternoon News to talk about her new mission in life.
