  • Early Friday morning, I had the honor of working with astrophotographers from UW Madison at the Yanna Research Station in Wisconsin. We had clear, calm conditions with low humidity. Perfect for astrophotography. I learned a lot about star clusters, nebulae and constellations. Being miles from a main city, we had little light pollution.   • We live in Greenfield, WI and lighting struck our vehicle and tree. Blew a 8 inch hole in the ground and fried our van's electronic system and even fried electrics in our home.
