It looks like there's a chance Packers wide receiver James Jones may suit up and play Sunday against Cleveland, despite being knocked out of the Packers' 19-17 win over Balitmore.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter:
Packers WR James Jones sprained his PCL vs. Ravens but might be able to play Sunday vs. Clev. Team will make decision later this week.— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) October 14, 2013
Packers coach Mike McCarthy didn't divulge many details, but confirmed that Jones is not ruled out yet for Sunday's game.
Jones spoke afterward on Packers Live, which airs on TODAY'S TMJ4 and NBC26.
"I feel a little better today. I thought I was going to wake up and feel a little crabby. We'll see...day by day," Jones told Larry McCarren.
"It's just one of those freakish plays. J-Mike ...leg whipped (the Raven he was blocking) into me."
Both Jones and Randall Cobb were knocked out of the game with injuries, along with linebacker Nick Perry.
