Packers tweets reveal bye week travel adventures
The Green Bay Packers don't have to worry about football for another six days, as the NFL-scheduled bye week gives them a chance to travel across the country for a break.
It's a very much-needed break after the debacle of their 34-30 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.
What are players doing? Where are they going? What's on their mind?
Check out these tweets:
From defensive end Datone Jones, who hails from the City of Angels:

From injured running back Eddie Lacy, who calls the Bayou home:

From guard T.J. Lang, who went to Eastern Michigan and is a proud Detroit Red Wings fan:

From wide receiver Myles White, who was missing the happy trappings of home:
Nothing beats a home cooked meal! #MommaKnows— Myles White (@M_White03) September 23, 2013
That home apparently is "Big D," where traffic is a bit more of an issue than it is in Titletown.
Dallas traffic— Myles White (@M_White03) September 24, 2013
Wherever defensive back Chris Banjo is traveling, his plane ride was not the most pleasant.
The smell of this person on this plane tho— Chris Banjo (@Chris1Banjo) September 24, 2013
Wherever linebacker Nate Palmer is going, it's obviously a drive through Chicago - someplace with similar traffic problems as Dallas.
One thing I never miss about Chicago is the traffic — Nathan Palmer (@natep4) September 23, 2013
Getting sleepy and I'm stuck in traffic— Nathan Palmer (@natep4) September 23, 2013
At least for the first night of the bye week, defensive lineman Johnny Jolly chose to stay around and enjoy some food of the orient.
