The Green Bay Packers are making another statement in pink Sunday to help spread the word about breast cancer.
The team announced that players will wear pink cleats, gloves, hats, helmet decals, towels and wristbands to match its green and gold when they play the Detroit Lions on Sunday.
The Packers will also hand out pink rally towels, have cheerleaders use pink pompoms and have staff members wearing pink throughout the stadium.
Players/coaches' apparel and game balls/coins will go to the NFL, where they will auction off the items for the American Cancer Society and charities connected to NFL teams.
