The four-time Pro Bowl linebacker who has made sacking and muscle-flexing an art in Green Bay taught a little girl the skills, and made the super-cute football moment of the Packers' year so far.
Clay Matthews taught Emma, who is 8 years old, the moves used to bludgeon quarterbacks into submission.
She was excited enough to do near-jumping jacks when the TODAY'S TMJ4/NBC26 cameras came on her during "Packers Live." She had about half his height and just a small portion of his muscular girth.
Matthews taught little Emma "the art of the spin-rush."
"I'm going to have you beat Larry to the quarterback," as the four-time Pro Bowler put it.
"I want you to come up, do your best spin move around Larry, and of course, the traditional Matthews fashion, you have to do the flex for the camera."
She completely forgot the spin move, but sped past McCarren anyway. Scroll through the photo gallery above to see her completely dominate Larry McCarren like a Pro Football Hall of Famer.
Matthews helped her flex her arm muscles before giving her a treasured autographed football.
"Sometimes you're so quick, you don't even need to spin," Matthews said.
