Second-round draft pick Eddie Lacy was among five Green Bay Packers who missed practice on Wednesday due to injury.
As tweeted by multiple reporters:

Packers Coach Mike McCarthy said that Lacy was "making progress...seems to be doing fine...going through the protocol."
He could still theoretically play Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals, but he apparently will not start if he plays.

As to whether the NFL should have penalized and should further punish Washington safety Brandon Meriweather for the helmet-to-helmet hit that gave Lacy the concussion, McCarthy said, "That happens in the game...I have no comment. There's a procedure and opportunity to communicate with the league office. That's always an option...sometimes you get the call, sometimes you don't."
