The NFL says that Green Bay Packers rookie offensive tackle David Bakhtiari broke league concussion protocol by returning to the field for an extra point after possibly suffering a concussion during the team's playoff loss to the San Francisco 49ers.
The league cleared the Packers and another team from wrongdoing in two sideline concussion-related incidents:
"We emphasize that we find no fault in how the team medical staffs conducted themselves last weekend," the league said in a memo cited on an NFL web site.
