It appears Hank the Dog, the pooch who the Brewers say came onto their property during the start of spring training, has a new permanent home.
According to the Journal Sentinel, Brewers VP of Communications Tyler Barnes says his time "as a stray (is) over."
He would not say who has taken custody of the most beloved dog in baseball, or whether the home is permanently in the Phoenix or Milwaukee metropolitan areas.
The story says "Hank remains in Phoenix," but there's no official word if that means Arizona will remain his permanent home.
In the meantime, after the Milwaukee Brewers' spring training win over the Colorado Rockies, Brewers pitcher Tom Gorzelanny chose to take the most lovable dog in baseball out for a walk.
A child that appears to be his son joined Hank the Dog, and Gorzelanny created the ultimate "Kodak moment" with them.

The Brewers say Hank came onto their spring training home as a stray dog, and have unofficially adopted him.
