Which is warmer, Super Bowl site or Sochi Olympics site?

The first week of February brings arguably the two biggest sports events of the 2014 calendar, the Super Bowl and the Winter Olympics.
Normally, the Super Bowl is played in warm-weather sites, but this year, it's in New Jersey in the shadow of New York City.

Normally, the Winter Olympics occur in cold-weather cities, but the Sochi Games are happening in a town with palm trees.
