Four-way stop more like a 'no way' stop

MILWAUKEE -- The intersection of 60th Street and Washington Boulevard is supposed to be a four way stop, but as Jeremy Quandt describes it, no one stops.

"People coming from the north just blow through," he said. "It's 70 percent, if not more."
It's enough of a problem that Quandt has called the police for help, though it hasn't helped much.
"Especially when I take my daughter for walks, we go through that way," he said. "I wouldn't go across until I saw no cars in either direction."
All because drivers in this neighborhood don't want to heed the signs.
