MILWAUKEE - Whether you like Italian beef, Wisconsin style, or a good batch of wings, all are an option for clean dining. Here are this week's Blue Ribbon Award winners.

"We would always drive down to Chicago all the time, and we would have to stop at Al's or Portillo's. We said why can't we have something that great here?" Eric Manke told us.
So he and good friend Dan McGuinness started making their own Italian beef. "We brought the Chicago flavor, but we brought the Wisconsiness to it also!"
They came up with sandwiches like "Brew City Beef" with cheese curds and bacon. Everything is homemade and the buns are from a local bakery. Wisconsinites love it.
"Very good, very good," one customer commented. And this food cart is clean.
"We always are checking the meat temperature, we have thermometers," Manke pointed out. BEEF-E's gets our first Blue Ribbon Award.
Over at Buffalo Wild Wings downtown on Water Street, they are constantly cleaning. Wings, obviously, are the specialty and they turn over a lot of food on game days. General manager Danny Cullen said the key to keeping things clean is "education training and obviously execution. We have a procedure in place where we do a line check twice a day."
And Cullen said the kitchen is always spotless. "We don't mess around with that. It is 100% clean no matter what."
For its clean health inspection, BW3's on Water gets our second Blue Ribbon award.
