MILWAUKEE- This Milwaukee take out spot has a lot to clean up. Here's what health inspectors found.

Haji's Red Hots on 21st and Hopkins. Everything from Italian beef to fish is on the menu, but they are also serving up dirty dining. Things like milk kept at 45 degrees in a cooler that was not cold enough.

At first TODAY'S TMJ4 was ignored. TODAY'S TMJ4 wanted to ask about violations like dark colored stains on all the cutting boards and plastic food storage containers. Spilled food and stains inside coolers and on work tables.

Eventually someone talked to TODAY'S TMJ4, sort of. An employee just kept asking if we "see anything wrong."

Haji's Red Hots was not putting expiration dates on prepared food, which has to be thrown out after seven days. Food not warm enough. Gyro meat was at 96 degrees. It should be 135 degrees or above.

No sanitizer solution to wipe down work surfaces, grease build up in the kitchen and dark colored stains on the walls and ceiling.

We were told it's all cleaned up.
