When suspended Milwaukee Brewers left fielder Ryan Braun returned to Miller Park Wednesday, his mission seemed to be to work on his relationship with his teammates after a tumultuous summer.
"He came in, wanted to spend time with the players, felt that was important. He was in the clubhouse a couple hours," said Brewers GM Doug Melvin on 620WTMJ's "Wisconsin's Morning News."
"He just wants to break the ice with the teammates. He felt it was important to get with some of them before the season ended."
Braun also visited the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin and a business-related event at Cardinal Stritch University.
