MILWAUKEE - 38-year-old Kris Zocco, the man last seen with missing woman Kelly Dwyer, was charged with 17 counts of possession of child pornography Friday, according to a criminal complaint.
Zocco was arrested on suspicion of the charges Thursday night in Richfield. Each sentence carries a possible $100,000 fine and up to 25 years in prison. If he were convicted on all counts, that could be 1.7 million dollars and 425 years in prison
According to the criminal complaint, detectives found approximately 23 videos depicting child pornography. In some cases, the children in the videos were as young as "2 or 3" years old.
The majority of the videos were found in a folder named "Limewire" - a popular peer-to-peer file sharing program.
"That is very concerning to me that anyone would have that on their computer," says Chris Schwartz.
Schwartz is stunned by these new allegations. He and other volunteers are planning to search for Kelly Saturday morning
"I am asking the public if you know anything, please; whether its an accident or you know where she is please come forward."
Zocco was out on bail after being arrested on drug charges last week. He admits he and Dwyer snorted coke at his apartment the night she disappeared.
Security video shows her entering the building, but there's no video of her leaving.
"We know she went there but we don't know if she left that building - we are stuck with a mystery."
Dwyer went missing sometime between the night of Friday, Oct. 10 and Saturday morning, Oct. 11 when she failed to return to work. Zocco admitted she was at his home the night before and they had done cocaine together.
