WINONA, Minn. - A writer for a newspaper in Minnesota found a comparison between a former Milwaukee Brewers star from his state and a Green Bay Packers star quarterback.

The similarity: both left Wisconsin, and on not-so-good terms.

Andy Baggot of the Winona Daily News compared the paths of Paul Molitor and Brett Favre, and profiled the reconciliation Molitor had with Brewers Nation.

“Time has been a good ally,” Molitor said to Baggot, something which Favre has expressed in recent months as a reconciliation could draw near between him and the Packers.
