MILWAUKEE - The newest edition of Newsweek hasn't hit newsstands yet, but the cover already has opinions forming.
The cover features a picture of President Barack Obama and the title "The First Gay President." It comes just days after President Obama announced his support of gay marriage.
"I think, especially the comment, the first gay president it's kind of shocking," says Edouard Lyon.
Krista Kysely is a little confused about the cover of Newsweek's newest issue. But, as a gay woman, Kysely is just happy to see the same-sex marriage issue front and center.
"I'm happy about that," Kysely says. "I think it's about time that we should be allowed to marry."
The cover is a play on a similar headline from more than a decade ago about President Bill Clinton being the first black President.
But, some wonder if the magaziner went too far.
"I think that it's, taken out of context," says Chelsea Eichhorn. "Shock value for sure. But, taken out of context. It's a little extreme, maybe."
