Teen claims to gather enough signatures to be on Sheboygan Mayor ballot
SHEBOYGAN- According to a press release, 18-year-old senior at Sheboygan South High School Asher Heimermann has submitted 238 signatures to the City Clerk's Office to be placed on the ballot for the upcoming mayoral recall election.
The press release goes on to say that out of the 238 signatures, 231 were confirmed to be valid by the City Clerk's Office Thursday afternoon.
"As I walked the streets of Sheboygan, the voters of Sheboygan told me they want Mayor Bob Ryan out and replaced with fresh and positive leadership," Heimermann said. "The majority of the residents who I spoke to support my campaign to create good paying jobs as well as opening up government for community participation"
Heimermann is also the owner of Sheboygan Communications, a diversified small business dedicated to marketing, web design and interactive media.
