Former Destiny's Child member Farrah Franklin, 33, was arrested on July 20 and charged with disorderly conduct in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
According to CNN, "Da'Quan Bowers, a defensive end for the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Ricky Sapp, a Houston Texan linebacker, called police after [Franklin] refused 'to calm down' at Sapp's home early Sunday, the police report said."
Bowers, 24, had flown Franklin to South Carolina to hang out at Sapp's home. However, after a night of drinking, Bowers and Sapp allegedly kicked Franklin out of the house due to her erratic behavior. "Franklin 'became intoxicated, began acting strange, was yelling, slamming doors,' the police report said," reports CNN.
When she was found lying in a nearby neighbor's yard, the arresting officer documented, "I could smell a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the arrestee's person, her eyes were blood shot and glassy and she was unsteady on her feet. The arrestee appeared to be highly intoxicated," further reports CNN. Franklin allegedly told police that she intended on "sleeping in the woods" for the night, since she was not welcome back into Sapp's home.
Franklin was released from Horry County jail in South Carolina on $280 bail.
The 33-year-old was only a member of girl group Destiny's Child for five months. Franklin resides in Los Angeles.
