NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The remaining votes have now been certified in every county, but state Sen. Jim Tracy has yet to concede to incumbent U.S. Rep. Scott DesJarlais.

DesJarlais maintained his 38-vote lead over Tracy, after the last county certified its results Thursday night.

Tracy now has five days to file a challenge to the results. If that happens, the GOP's Executive Committee will decide the winner.

Tracy's campaign said he's still weighing his options, and expects to make a decision on Monday.

Meanwhile, DesJarlais said in a statement, “Now that all votes have been certified, it is time for Republicans to come together and begin focusing on the General Election in November."

The winner will face Democrat Lenda Sherrell in the November Election.
