3 Arrested In Montgomery County Burglary
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Tenn. - Three people were arrested for allegedly breaking into an abandoned building in Montgomery County.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said 24-year-old Yancie Forgue, 42-year-old Jennifer Brown-Hazlett and 32-year-old Joseph Huggins tried burglarizing the building on Old Highway 48 on Monday.
Authorities caught Forgue and Brown-Hazlett near the scene. Huggins got away, but was taken into custody Tuesday night.
Forgue was charged with burglary and possession of burglary tools. His bond was set at $11,000. Both Brown-Hazlett and Huggins were charged with criminal attempt.
