VIDEO: Garth Brooks, George Strait accept ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

Believe it or not, there are still a few country artists out there who have not yet taken the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.

Garth Brooks is not one of them. Neither is George Strait.

Garth finally accepted after being challenged by numerous fellow stars over the last two weeks, including Florida Georgia Line and Zac Brown Band. But it was the challenge from "Entertainment Tonight's" Nancy O'Dell that finally made him do it. O'Dell lost her mother to ALS.

As he prepared to be doused  Garth said in his video, "It's an honor to accept your ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. It is very much a wonderful honor of mine to accept it in your beautiful mother Betty's name."  Then, Garth got drenched by green and orange Gatorade poured over his head on what looks like his rehearsal set for his upcoming world tour.

Garth issued the Ice Bucket Challenge to the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Pirates and Pittsburgh Penguins, leading to speculation that his next anounced tour stop will be in that city. Only Chicago and Atlanta shows have been announced so far.

George Strait also accepted the ALS Challenge. Hatless and sitting in shorts on his patio with a scenic view behind him, George said,  “Alright, well, I’m George Strait and it looks like I’ve been nominated or chosen to do the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge by my friends Eric Church and Ronnie Dunn. I’m accepting the challenge, but I also want to challenge Martina McBride, c’mon girl, and Governor Rick Perry, Governor of the great state of Texas, and also my friend [songwriter] Dean Dillon.”  Watch his video below, or mobile users click here.

There's also this great video (see below) of Kenny Rogers celebrating his 76th birthday by having his 10-year-old twin sons dump ice water on his head. Kenny goes on to challenge Dolly Parton! We'll keep you posted if she accepts.
