Packers spent painful day making cutdowns

On Saturday, the Green Bay Packers engaged in the toughest day a football organization goes through: cutdown day.

The team had to take 22 players off their active roster.  (See the final Packers roster in our slideshow.)

They already appeared to have made one big move, as Vince Young said the Packers let him go.

Early reported moves Saturday include the apparent cuts of fullback Jonathan Amosa and defensive back Loyce Means.

But that list grew, according to lots of reports including some from players themselves.
