GRAND CHUTE, Wis -- The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers were outhit by the Beloit Snappers Monday night at Fox Cities Stadium, but Wisconsin picked up a 7-3 victory thanks to five Beloit errors in the game.

Snappers hit a home run to the beach beyond the wall in right-center to tie the game 3-3 in the seventh inning.

The Timber Rattlers put the game away in the bottom of the eighth inning without putting the ball out of the infield until the final batter.
Johnny Davis dropped a perfect safety squeeze bunt to get Ratterree home from third. Davis would reach on the bunt single as Beloit didn't have anyone covering first base.

McFarland was at the plate with the bases loaded and sent a hard grounder to short and the throw home was wild. Pena and Davis scored on error and Wisconsin was up 7-3.
The final game of the series between Wisconsin and Beloit is Tuesday afternoon.
