This story might have you doing a double take.

Identical twins Helen Domine and Hazel Seeman of Wisconsin are celebrating a very big milestone. They just turned 101 years old.

The pair have been sharing laughs since 1913. Helen and Hazel are known for their jokes and would often break out into laughter just at the sight of each other.

The two women grew up in a family of 11 children and say that they learned early on to stick together. Even though they live a few blocks apart now in Marshfield, Wisconsin, they try to spend as much time together as possible.

Helen lives with her daughter Barbara Dux and Hazel lives with her husband in an assisted living facility, according to WFXS Fox 55 Wausau.

When they were asked what their secret was for living a long life, both of them responded, "I wish I knew."

We are guessing it is the laughter and friendship.
