GREEN BAY, Wis.-- Some Time Warner Cable customers will have to re-tune their digital television sets in order to find WGBA-NBC26 and MyNEW 32-WACY programming.
Starting on or around April 17th, Time Warner Cable will change it's Direct Connect Channel placement. This means customers who do not have a set top box with their subscription service will need to re-tune or scan their TV's.
The chart below shows the new Director Connect Channel placement for the impacted communities in Northeast Wisconsin. (Source, Time Warner Cable.)
Once again, this only impacts customers who do not have a set top box as part of their subscription to Time Warner Cable. Click here to contact Time Warner Cable for questions.
