Updated Address for Time Warner Refund Requests
Green Bay, Wis. -- Many NBC26 viewers have been asking about refunds from Time Warner Cable while NBC26 is not on their system.
Wisconsin law actually has a provision for this.
Wisconsin’s Video Programming Service Subscriber Rights law provides that when a subscriber notifies their cable company that they are experiencing a service interruption, the cable company must provide the subscriber with a credit to their account.
