GREEN BAY -- Lambeau Field played host to a group of kids tonight for their annual 1K Kids Run.

It gave kids 10 and under the chance to race a lap around the field and take home a special t-shit, bag, and medal. Some of these kids say they've been waiting all year for this.

Young Packers fan Nathaniel Serrano says, "I've never really gone down there, so I kind of felt like what the Packers feel when they're running.

Seattle, Washington cheesehead Isaac Lee told NBC26, "It it so exciting. We have been down here since the 16th visiting our families and all that. I have been waiting all year for this."

Seth Johnson from Menoiminee, Michigan says, "It was really fun getting to run through the Packers stadium, the parts that you don't see usually where all the players come out."

The run tonight was followed by Family Movie night showing Despicable Me 2 on the TundraVision Jumbotron.

Adults get their shot at the field Saturday night for the 5th annual 5K Run/Walk at 6:30 p.m.
