OSHKOSH, Wis. -- Court documents reveal new, chilling, information into the shooting incident at a Neenah Walmart last Wednesday.

Forty-six year old Justine Boyd is made her first court appearance on an attempted 1st Degree Initial Homicide charge in Winnebago County Court this afternoon. The bond hearing was postponed until Tuesday because Boyd did not have an attorney present. The District Attorney’s Office is recommending a one million dollar bond.

According to the criminal complaint, Boyd, shot 56 year old Sharon Goffard inside the liquor department store.

The document also shows what officers found as Boyd was taken into custody, a blue bag containing another weapon. "Inside the bag, (the arresting officer) found another handgun, this one a loaded Taurus Rossi .38 Special revolver and two additional speed loaders for the revolver that were also full of ammunition," the complaint reads.

Prosecutors also outline a possible motive for the shooting; "Justine Boyd was upset with her because Goffard had gotten moved from a regular cash register job to the liquor department, which was an easier job."

At last report, Sharon Goffard remains in the hospital in critical condition.
