ASHWAUBENON, WI-- If you love learning about military history, The National Railroad Museum has something for you this weekend.

They're reenacting World War II with battles, lectures, and other events. The daytime reenactment features German, English, and American encampments. Actors also play important figure like Eleanor Roosevelt and General Dwight Eisenhower.

"So many people that attend this event, they are either, their grand children, or great grand children, or in some cases parents participated in World War II and it's that really important interpersonal connection that's made,” said Jacqueline Frank, Executive Director of the National Railroad Museum.

If you missed the reenactment today they're doing it again tomorrow at 1:30PM.
