Cheese Championships at Lambeau
The home of the cheese heads is hosting a cheese contest this week. There are more than 1,700 cheeses to try at the U.S. Cheese Championships at Lambeau Field. That's a record number of entries. Judging will be held Tuesday and Wednesday. The event is free and open to the public. The 2011 grand champion was a goat cheese by LaClare Family Farms of Chilton. The U.S. championship event was held in Green Bay for years, then was held in Madison and Milwaukee before moving to Lambeau Field in 2009.
