After apparently parting company with record label home Warner Music Nashville after a decade-long relationship, Big & Rich have announced the formation of their own label, Big & Rich Records, reports  An as-yet-untitled new album is in the works, produced by the duo's John Rich and Big Kenny Alphin. It will be their fifth studio album, and first for their new label.

Their project's first single, “Look At You" (written by John Rich and Shannon Lawson), will be shipped to radio soon.
“2014 is a new milestone for us," said the duo in a joint statement. "The music is very fresh, and we’re in a new creative groove which we hope our fans and new audiences will like."
Big Kenny also has his own label, Electro Shine, for his solo projects.
Big & Rich released their first single, "Wild West Show," on Warner Bros. in 2003. Since then, their only top 10 hit was "Lost In This Moment," which spent two weeks at No. 1 in 2007. Their second most successful (but best remembered) single, "Save A Horse (Ride A Cowboy)," peaked at No. 11 2004. They notched four other top 20 singles.
