Probable Cause Statement Released For Accused Child Killer

A probable cause statement has been released from the Barton County Sheriff's Office
in the case of a man accused of killing a 12 year-old girl.
Deputies say that Bobby Bourne, Jr. led them to where they could find Adriaunna Horton's body, but claims she died from a fall.
The autopsy report says she died from strangulation. The Barton County Prosecutor released the probable cause statement, a day before Bourne's arraignment.
Bourne's been charged with first-degree murder, first-degree statutory rape, forcible rape and kidnapping.
