A Christian County judge says two kids won't have to testify against their father, who's charged with killing their mother.
Aaron Clemons is charged with killing his wife Bailey Clemons in June, then burning her body after setting fire to a house on McCracken Road in Ozark.
The judge has allowed prosecutors to submit what the man's children told investigators as their testimony.
The Springfield News-Leader reports the judge ruled that having the couple's kids testify would be too traumatic for them.
Clemons didn't tell police how Bailey died, but he did admit tying her up and setting the house on fire.
