FEMA has decided not to give, 15 Hollister families assistance from the August flooding. The city administrators are working with other organizations, such as The American Red Cross, to help families. But, they say some of the homes need to be demolished and that could cost up to 4,000 dollars. Administrators say the governor can seek to appeal the decision but he only has 30 days.
