Man Charged In Stabbing At Bull Shoals Lake

A man from Squires is being held in the Taney County Jail on charges related to a stabbing at Bull Shoals Lake on Thursday.
Howard Gott, 45, is accused of assault and armed criminal action. According to Ozark County Sheriff Darrin Reed, Gott and his "companion" were in a fishing boat near Protem when the stabbing occurred.
The unidentified victim was airlifted to a hospital in Springfield with multiple wounds to the neck, chest, and hand.
