Nevada Child Seekers helps find missing kids and more
Nevada Child Seekers, a registered nonprofit organization, created in 1985, and incorporated in 1996.
They are the only nonprofit, missing children’s organization in Nevada and do not charge for our services. The organization diligently works to keep parents closely involved in their cases and are available to assist the proper authorities.
Trained, police-screened volunteers carry out many of their education programs enabling them to be efficient and effective. Nevada Child Seekers’ mission is to advocate for and engage in prevention, identification, and location efforts on behalf of missing and exploited children.
When a local child was abducted from his school grounds in 1985, a group of Clark County business and community leaders decided to take action and form Nevada Child Seekers, dedicated to the safety of Nevada's children and the predicament of local missing children.
As a result of their concern and insight, Nevada Child Seekers has been offering search assistance services for nearly 30 years, rescuing 4,360 children from unthinkable fates.
In addition, Nevada Child Seekers has been providing abduction and exploitation prevention education for countless children and parents for more than 16 years. In 2004, they expanded their service area to provide services to families and law enforcement agencies throughout the state of Nevada. We do not charge for our services. Instead, they rely on the generosity of donors who share an interest in keeping Nevada’s children safe from abduction and exploitation.
