Here is a list of 13 Things To Do This Week On The Las Vegas Strip for Aug. 14-21:

1. Pimpinela, an Argentine duo famous for singing romantic musical pieces and known for their original singing style, will perform Aug. 14 in the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay. The show is open to everyone 18 and older.

2. Fans of heavy metal may want to head to Mandalay Bay's House of Blues on Aug. 15 for a Clash of the Titans, a tribute to Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax. Even young fans can enjoy the show. Open to everyone 18 and older.

3. Grammy nominees Fall Out Boy will play The Cosmopolitan with New Politics on Aug. 15. The band is touring to promote their latest album "Save Rock and Roll."

4. Another great female comedian is taking the stage this weekend as part of the Lipshtick Comedy Series. Whitney Cummings is the creator and star of "Whitney" on NBC and one of the minds behind the Comedy Central roasts. She is performing Aug. 15 and 16 at The Venetian.

5. The RHUMBAR at The Mirage will celebrate National Rum Day on Aug. 16 with the Rummie Dummie. The special drink includes blueberries, Bacardi Silver, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and creme de mure.

6. ZZ Top and Jeff Beck will rock The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel on Aug. 16. The Texas based band shot to fame in the 1970s and Jeff Beck is a native of London and a two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Famer.

7. Actor and director Al Pacino is bringing his show "Pacino: One Night Only" to the Terry Fator Theatre at The Mirage for one night only on Aug. 16. A meet-and-greet package is available in addition to regular tickets for $500.

8. GROUPLOVE, whose members met in a remote artist colony on the Greek island of Crete, will perform with Portugal.The Man at the Brooklyn Bowl on Aug. 16. GROUPLOVE's songs are described a blend of sorrow and joy. Portugal.The Man is an American rock band from Wasilla, Alaska.

9. Brody Jenner, William Lifestyle and Colby O'Donis will appear this weekend at Rehab inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Jenner and William Lifestyle will appear on Aug. 16 and Colby O'Donis will appear Aug. 17.

10. The Strokes with special guest Albert Hammond Jr. will perform in The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan on Aug. 20. The Strokes are an American alternative rock band which formed in New York City in 1999. Their last album titled "Comedown Machine" was released in March 2013.

11. Catch the last performances of "Pawn Shop Live! The Lost Episodes" in the Starlite Theater at the Riviera. The last show is on Aug. 21. The show is based on a day in the life of Las Vegas locals and cast of the History Channel's "Pawn Stars."

12. Artists Taxiplasm and Renzo Vitale are the featured artists-in-residence this month at The Cosmopolitan's P3Studio. They show "Tell Me Your Secrets" takes guests on a journey of self-reflection. Studio visitors will be invited to lie in a mirrored chamber while a performer lies in another. What happens next will be displayed in the windows of the P3Studio in real time.

13. Check out illusionist Tommy Wind in the Tommy Wind Theater. The show includes a levitating guitar, a girl playing a harp that vanishes into thin air, hilarious comedy routines and beautiful dancers. Wind also plays the drums and the piano. The Tommy Wind Theater is located on the Las Vegas Strip near the Monte Carlo and New York-New York hotel-casinos.
