Comedian and TV personality Joan Rivers is in a catfight with another woman over a New York City condo.
Rivers is the president of the board for a ritzy building on the upper East Side in New York City.
Elizabeth Hazan is the woman she is fighting with.
According to the New York Daily News, Hazan showed up at the building recently demanding to be let into the building. Apparently, she had been locked out because she owes $200,000 in unpaid condo fees.
Hazan called Rivers "crazy" and said "she's out of her mind."
At the same time that Hazan was demanding to be allowed in, her lawyer was in front of a judge. That judge sided with Rivers and ruled Hazan could not be allowed in until she paid the money.
But, that didn't stop Hazan. After waiting about an hour, she was allowed in. Hazan then reportedly began blowing kisses to the reporters that were gathered and said that Rivers could "go f--k herself."
The same judge that said Hazan would not be allowed in now says that Rivers will have to take out an eviction order.
The company that actually owns the condo (Hazan signed it over to them) has sued Rivers and others for $15 million. The lawsuit claims that Rivers and others damaged the $2 millon unit.
Earlier in the month, Hazan said that Rivers' problem with her was because she was young and she is old and that she was beautiful and Rivers was ugly.
Rivers lives in the building's $30 million upstairs penthouse.
