Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- It's a busy time of year for Santa Claus, but not too busy to spend the month in Southern Nevada making Christmas bright.
When he wants to travel incognito he goes by Don Salomonson, and he's making Las Vegas a better place to live.
He arrives in style on his sleigh with music blaring, bells ringing and dancing.
The children at CP Squires Elementary School can hardly wait to get up close.
Inside, Santa Claus works the room at the special Christmas breakfast put on by Chefs for Kids. But even with food, the best part is jolly old Saint Nick.
When Santa wants to travel incognito, he shaves his beard and pretends to be 71-year-old Don Salomonson who listens to something other than Christmas music, "Lady Gaga, Bad Romance, Train, Soul Sister. I have happy feet."
Although Santa has been at it for about 200 years, Salomonson has been doing his part, for free, for 22 years.
