(KTNV) -- President Obama will be hitting the road again this week, defending his signature legislation.
And unfortunately, the Affordable Care Act needs a lot of defending. The roll-out has been full of problems.
The problems don't appear to be just limited to the website. Documents obtained exclusively by ABC from congressional investigators found that people attempting to file applications over the phone have also had problems.
The reason? Poorly trained operators and the bad software.
The President will be traveling today and Wednesday, trying to build support for Obamacare.
Critics are pouncing on the fact that many Americans are finding out the President's promise that they can keep their health plan and doctors simply is not true.
There are now questions over whether that is the reason for such low enrollment numbers or is it just because of problems with the website.
The Obama Administration is attempting to fix the problems with the website and have announced that it will be taken offline every night from 1 to 5 a.m. for maintenance.
