Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Negotiations could go around the clock as Culinary and Bartenders Union members and downtown properties try to avoid a strike.
The strike deadline is 5 a.m. on Sunday.
Downtown properties that don't have signed agreements will have to find a way to keep their businesses running when their union employees walk off their jobs.
Union member David Chiles said, "I think that they are feeling a little bit of pressure."
If the strike does happen, Fremont Street is going to be flooded with hundreds of union members carrying picket signs and handing out leaflets to visitors.
Striking downtown workers will be joined by union members who work at Strip properties that already have new five-year deals.
It's a show of solidarity, which union leaders said will continue until the last agreement is signed.
