Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A possible road rage incident led to a fatal shooting, and ended in a three-vehicle crash.
The crash happened around 5:20 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard and Tropicana Avenue.
Las Vegas police said one of the drivers, who apparently caused the crash, suffered from a gunshot wound to the chest. He was transported to UMC, but later died from his injuries.
Two young children were in the vehicle when the incident happened. They were not hurt.
The intersection was closed while crews investigated.
Homicide detectives were also called to the scene.
Police are looking into whether a road rage incident started the whole thing.
No other injuries were reported.
