Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The man accused in a deadly chain reaction on the Las Vegas Strip appeared in court on Monday, but not for the murder charges.
Ammar Harris also faces sexual assault charges from a 2010 case in which a woman claimed he raped her.
Jury selection began Monday for that case.
The rape case has pushed back Harris' trial for the Strip shooting.
That trial will now happen in December.
Harris is accused of shooting a man, causing a chain reaction that killed three people on the Strip earlier this year.
