Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A Las Vegas man has been arrested on charges of child pornography following an investigation by Metro's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
As a result of the investigation, 32-year-old Henry Genaro Macias was indicted by a federal grand jury on Tuesday on charges of sexual exploitation of a child, receipt of child pornography, possession of child pornography and advertising child pornography.
Macias was also charged locally with an additional three counts of lewdness with a minor under 14. He is currently being held in the Clark County Detention Center.
Macias has been a resident of Las Vegas for the past five years, primarily residing in the area of Maryland Parkway and Flamingo Road.
He has been known to take up employment in furniture stores.
