Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Las Vegas City Council recently recognized a group of Las Vegas firefighters for saving the life of a newborn baby.
Las Vegas Fire & Rescue responded to a call about a pregnant woman in labor in her home in August.
When they arrived, the baby was not breathing and did not have a heartbeat.
They began working to resuscitate the child as they transported her to the hospital.
The baby was revived and is now happy and healthy and with her mother.
